Pula - Rabac - Senj

Ciao

See you soon Sanja.

Labin
Left Pula today to drive to our next destination today.

This was our longest stay in any one spot to date and after saying goodbye to my Aunties and Uncle, my cousin and her husband there were a few teary eyes all round.
Rabac

With it being 14 years between visits I'm hoping that it isn't that long before we see them again.

Boarded the Train of Pain and drove along the Eastern side of the Istrian Coast today and visited Labin and then Rabac on the way to our accommodation at Senj.

Rabac is a little seaside town with a nice harbour and a beautiful shoreline where we stopped for a picnic lunch and a stroll along the waterfront.

Stopped at a place called Plomin for a panoramic view of the Istrian Islands and then made our way to Senj where we will be staying for the next few days.

View from Plomin.

Dinner at Senj.
Checked into house 'Dado' overlooking the sea, had a beer with Mr Dado and went and had the world's largest dinner.  The best and biggest feed we have had so far.  Dinner for 5, drinks for the kids and couple of wines and beers and the obligatory Rakijas €50.00.

We're loving Croatia.

Stray observations:  Family is family no matter how long or far apart you are.
